Incident Reporting

The Club keeps an Accident and Damage Log that is used to record time, place and nature of any accident or incident, including the injuries/damage sustained and names and addresses of persons involved and of any witnesses.

An Accident/Incident Report should be completed by anyone involved in an accident/incident (whether this results in injury to a person (North Shore or other), damage to North Shore equipment or damage to another club or person's equipment).

This form should be completed, signed and returned to a member of the Committee with 14 days of the incident.

Copies of blank forms are kept on the table at the Club and can also be downloaded from the Forms page.

If the accident/incident involves collision with another boat (rowing or other), you are required to complete and return the NSW Maritime Vessel Incident Report form (blank copies also at the club and here from the Forms page). This should be returned directly to NSW Maritime (at the address on the form) as well as attaching a copy attached to the Club's own form, when you hand it to a Committee member.

Maritime forms can also be downloaded from the NSWRA web site
